Squash Au Gratin

  • 2 c. sliced squash
  • 1/4 c. onion
  • 1 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 oz. cheese
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Cook squash and onion in small amount of water until tender. Crumble bread.

    Mix in egg, margarine, salt and pepper.

    Bake in dish.

    Top with cheese; bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
