- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 c. squash, cooked
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Mix sugar, brown sugar, squash, oil and eggs; beat until well blended.

2Stir in water.

3Stir together flour, baking soda, salt and spices; add to squash mixture and mix well.

4Stir in raisins and nuts.

5Bake at 350° (depending on oven) for 65 to 70 minutes.
