Squash Casserole

  • 1 qt. fresh or frozen squash
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook and drain squash (until tender). Add remaining ingredients using only half the cheese. Pour into 1 1/2-quart buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake 20 minutes longer.
