  • squash (10 to 15 medium or 10 large)
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing
  • onion, chopped

    Boil squash.

    Drain and mash.

    Add margarine, soup, sour cream and onion.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
