  • 4 medium yellow squash
  • 1 onion
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. seasoning salt
  • black pepper
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Wash your squash; cook and drain, then mash squash.

    Mix in grated cheese, seasoning, milk and pepper.

    Put in casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbling on top.
