  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
  • 3 oz. pkg. smoked sliced beef, chopped
  • 2 1/4 oz. jar mushrooms, drained
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions

    Saute onion in margarine.

    Add milk and cream cheese.

    Stir over low heat until cream cheese is melted.

    Stir in meat, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and parsley; heat.
