Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick oleo

Directions

    Cook squash and onion.

    Drain well and mash.

    Mix dressing mix, sour cream and soup well and either add to or dot with oleo. Pour into casserole dish.

    Sprinkle finely crumbled dressing on top.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and set.
