- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm cornbread dressing mix
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Cook squash and onion.

2Drain well and mash.

3Mix dressing mix, sour cream and soup well and either add to or dot with oleo. Pour into casserole dish.

4Sprinkle finely crumbled dressing on top.

5Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and set.
