- 2 lb. cooked squash, drained and mashed
- 2 medium carrots, grated coarsely
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned dressing
Directions

1Melt margarine; mix with dressing.

2Put all but 1 cup of dressing in bottom of an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.

3Mix the squash, carrots, soup, onion, pimento and sour cream; pour over dressing. Top casserole with reserved dressing.

4Bake at 350° until casserole is hot and bubbly.

5Will serve 10 to 12.
