Squash Casserole

  • 2 c. squash
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 8 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Cook squash, salt, drain and mash.

    Pour melted butter over dressing.
  3. 3
    Divide and put layer of dressing in bottom of casserole.
  4. 4
    To the squash, add pimentos, onion, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper.

    Pour into casserole and put remaining herb dressing on top.

    Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
