- 4 or 5 medium sized yellow squash
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. Stove Top cornbread stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cut squash and onion into desired size pieces, then cook together until tender.

2Place half of stuffing mix in bottom of casserole dish, greased with butter.

3Add soup to mixture and pour in mixture and remaining stuffing mix on top.

4Dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes in a 350° oven.
