  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Slice squash and boil until tender.

    Combine with remaining ingredients and put in casserole dish.

    Cook at 350° until bubbly. Serves 10 to 12.
