- 4 cans cut squash
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 egg
- sharp Cheddar cheese
- Parmesan cheese (lots)
- 1 c. onions
- 1 stick butter or margarine (1/2 c.)
Directions

1Cook squash in skillet and drain well.

2Cut up onions and mix them with beaten eggs.

3In saucepan, combine sour cream, 3/4 stick of butter and Parmesan cheese and cook until butter melts.

4Pour in onion and egg mixture and cook a few more minutes.

5Add squash and mix.

6Pour in greased casserole dish.

7Cover with shredded Cheddar cheese.

8Dab rest of butter over cheese.

9Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

10Cook at 350° for 45 minutes.
