Squash Casserole

  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 lb. yellow crookneck squash
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 small raw carrots, grated
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 c. cornbread dressing or enough to cover casserole

Directions

    Steam squash until tender.

    Drain and mash.

    Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish.

    Sprinkle cornbread dressing mix on top and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
