- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
- 1 box Brownberry seasoned croutons
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash and drain.

2Mix the remaining ingredients, using 3/4ths box of croutons and 1/2 of the melted butter.

3Top with remaining croutons and drizzle butter over all.

4Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350°.
