- 2 c. cooked squash, drained and mashed
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. cracker crumbs, divided
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix squash, soup, eggs, cheese, onion, seasonings and 1/2 of cracker crumbs.

2Top with remaining crumbs and drizzle melted butter on top.

3Bake uncovered at 350° for 30 minutes in 1 1/2 or 2-quart casserole dish.
