Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. cooked squash
  • 1 onion
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 bag Pepperidge Farm mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Mash squash; add salt, diced onion, sour cream, soup and 3/4 bag of dressing mix.

    Put in buttered baking dish.

    Melt margarine and mix with remaining crumbs.

    Spread over top of squash.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 40 to 50 minutes.

    Serve warm.
