Squash Casserole

  • 2 cans cooked squash
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge herb dressing
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Mix onions with squash.

    Cook 5 minutes.

    Drain liquid except small amount.

    Add sour cream and chicken soup to squash.

    Stir well.

    Add package of dressing to melted margarine.

    Place 1/2 of dressing in bottom of deep casserole dish.

    Spread evenly.

    Pour in squash mixture.

    Place remaining dressing on top of squash. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
