- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm bread mix
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Cook and drain squash.

2Melt butter.

3Mix butter into bread mix.

4Set aside.

5(Combine squash, onion, soup and sour cream.) Mix together.

6Add half of butter and bread mixture.

7Blend.

8Add remaining mixture on top.

9Bake in oven 45 minutes at 350°.
