- 1 medium onion
- 3 to 4 yellow and/or zucchini squash
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) canister Stove Top stuffing
Directions

1Slice onion and squash; steam together for 5 to 8 minutes. Mix rest of ingredients, except stuffing.

2Spread half of stuffing on bottom of a casserole dish.

3Add squash mixture on top.

4Spread remaining stuffing on top of squash.

5Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
