  • 4 c. cooked squash
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. cornbread stuffing

Directions

    Mix squash, onion, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper; stir well.

    Set aside.

    Melt butter; stir in stuffing.

    Place half of stuffing in a buttered casserole dish.

    Add the squash.

    Top squash with remaining stuffing.

    Bake at 325° for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
