- 4 c. cooked squash
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. cornbread stuffing
Directions

1Mix squash, onion, sour cream, soup, salt and pepper; stir well.

2Set aside.

3Melt butter; stir in stuffing.

4Place half of stuffing in a buttered casserole dish.

5Add the squash.

6Top squash with remaining stuffing.

7Bake at 325° for 30 minutes until lightly browned.
