Squash Casserole

  • 3 lb. squash, cut up in hunks
  • 1 large jar Cheez Whiz
  • 1 sleeve Town House crackers
  • melted butter

Directions

    Boil squash in salted water until tender.

    Drain and mash. Mix squash and Cheez Whiz in a casserole dish.

    Crumble crackers on top of squash mixture and top with melted butter.

    Bake 30 minutes or until brown at 350°.
