- 5 or 6 squash, cut, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 small carton sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1While squash are cooking, in blender or food processor, add soup to onion chunks and carrot chunks until blended.

2Add this mixture to the cooked and drained squash along with butter, sour cream and stuffing.

3Pour into well-greased casserole dish.

4Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350°.
