  • 2 lb. squash, cooked, drained and mashed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • pinch of salt
