- 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 onion, chopped or grated
- 1 small jar chopped pimento
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 to 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 stick oleo, melted
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (bread and herb)
Directions

1Mix cooked squash with other ingredients except for the oleo and stuffing mix.

2Melt oleo and mix with stuffing mix.

3Alternate layers of squash mixture and stuffing mixture.

4Save enough stuffing mixture to put on top of casserole.

5Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
