- 6 c. sliced squash (zucchini or yellow crookneck)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in boiling salted water for 5 minutes; drain.

2Combine chicken soup and sour cream.

3Stir in shredded carrots.

4Fold in drained squash and onion.

5Combine stuffing mix (dry) and margarine.

6Spread half of stuffing mixture in bottom of 12 x 7-inch baking dish.

7Add vegetable mixture; top with remaining stuffing.

8Bake in a 350°

9oven 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through.
