- 1 1/2 lb. yellow squash, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- minced onion
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Cook squash in small amount of water until tender. Add onion. Heat soup in 1/2 cup water in saucepan. Alternate layers of squash, cheese, soup and crackers.

2Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
