  • 2 c. cooked squash, mashed and seasoned with onion
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 pkg. herb stuffing crumbs

Directions

    Toss butter with stuffing.

    Spread half of stuffing in baking dish.

    Combine all other ingredients and pour over stuffing.

    Top with remaining stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
