- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1/4 c. margarine
- saltine crackers
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onions in margarine until tender.

2In a baking dish, put a layer of cracker crumbs, a layer of squash, then pour half the onions and margarine over top.

3Repeat layers.

4Top with cracker crumbs.

5Bake at 350° until crackers start to brown.
