- 2 1/2 c. cooked squash, drained
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 small onion, cut fine
- dash of Accent
- approximately 10 Ritz crackers
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Mash cooked squash; add butter, eggs, onion and Accent.

2Mix well.

3Add 5 crushed crackers and 1/4 cup grated cheese to mixture.

4Pour into buttered casserole dish.

5Put remaining crushed crackers and grated cheese on top.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes until heated through.
