Ingredients
- 4 medium-size squash
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/4 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing crumbs
- 1 c. grated medium Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- couple shakes salt and pepper
Directions

1Wash, slice and steam cook squash until tender.

2Put squash and onion into Pyrex baking dish.

3Chop cooked squash into smaller pieces.

4Drain off liquid.

5Add butter and all remaining ingredients.

6Mix well.

7Sprinkle a little extra cheese and dressing crumbs on top and dot with a little butter.

8Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
