- 4 zucchini squash
- 1/2 bag frozen carrots
- Hormel bacon bits
- green onions
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Boil vegetables until tender and drain.

2Add remaining ingredients except for stuffing.

3Layer stuffing on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Add squash, then top with layer of stuffing.

5Bake at 350° until warm.
