  • 1 bag frozen yellow squash
  • 4 zucchini squash
  • 1/2 bag frozen carrots
  • Hormel bacon bits
  • green onions
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 to 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

    Boil vegetables until tender and drain.

    Add remaining ingredients except for stuffing.

    Layer stuffing on bottom of 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Add squash, then top with layer of stuffing.

    Bake at 350° until warm.
