Ingredients

  • squash, cooked (enough for large casserole dish)
  • 2 c. cheese, grated
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 c. cracker crumbs

Directions

    Cook squash; drain and mash.

    Add butter, onions, cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper.

    Put in dish; top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until crackers are brown.
