- 4 or 5 squash, boiled until tender
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
- grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Slice squash.

2Add onion, soup and sour cream.

3Pour dressing in casserole, saving some for topping.

4Pour squash mixture on top of dressing and top with reserved dressing.

5Top with cheese and bake 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
