Squash Casserole

  • 4 or 5 squash, boiled until tender
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Slice squash.

    Add onion, soup and sour cream.
  3. 3
    Pour dressing in casserole, saving some for topping.
  4. 4
    Pour squash mixture on top of dressing and top with reserved dressing.

    Top with cheese and bake 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
