- 3 lb. squash
- 3 onions
- 2 carrots
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
Directions

1Cook squash, onions and carrots in salt water until tender. Drain.

2Add soup, sour cream and pimento. Melt margarine and mix with dressing mix.

3Grease casserole dish.

4Spread 1/2 of dressing mix on bottom of dish.

5Pour in mixture and top with remaining dressing mix.

6Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
