  • 6 c. summer squash
  • 1 c. diced onions
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing

    Cut squash in 1-inch cubes.

    Add onions; cook in a little water until tender (approximately 20 minutes).
