- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 2 medium carrots, grated
- 1 pkg. corn bread stuffing
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Boil squash until tender.

2Mix first 5 ingredients.

3Melt butter and mix with stuffing.

4Put 1/2 in bottom of casserole dish.

5Pour squash into dish and top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
