- 2 lb. squash, sliced (yellow or green)
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Directions

1Cook squash with onion in boiling water 5 to 10 minutes. Combine cream of chicken soup and sour cream.

2Stir in carrots. Fold in drained squash and onions.

3Combine stuffing mix with butter.

4Place in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch casserole dish.

5Save a little stuffing mix for topping.

6Spoon squash mixture on stuffing mix.

7Sprinkle remaining stuffing mix on top.

8Bake in a 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
