Ingredients

  • 8 sliced squash, stewed with onion and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 2 c. Stove Top stuffing (herb)
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl except Stove Top and butter

    Pour in a 9 x 13-inch dish.

    Bake 30 minutes at 325° or until set. Saute Stove Top in butter until browned.

    Spread over casserole and bake 5 minutes.
