  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 lb. can salmon
  • 2 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. minced parsley (optional)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

    Combine eggs, milk and soup.

    Blend in remaining ingredients. Place in buttered casserole.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 375°.
