Ingredients
- 7 medium squash
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs (Ritz)
Directions

1Put water in large skillet and add squash and onion.

2Cook until tender over medium heat.

3Drain and mash squash.

4Mix with electric mixer up to 3 eggs and 1/2 cup milk.

5Stir in grated cheese and cracker crumbs.

6Put cheese on top.

7Bake at 300° for 30 to 45 minutes.
