  • 2 to 3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
  • 2 to 3 medium onions, sliced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 pkg. stuffing
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Cook squash and onion until tender; drain well.

    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Stir in soup, stuffing and butter.

    Mix well. Pour in casserole dish and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
