- 2 lb. squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small onion
- 1 (8 oz. size) sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 1 (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Cook squash and onion.

2Add salt and pepper; drain and add oleo and 1/2 of stuffing mix.

3Mix well.

4Add other ingredients. Put squash mixture into greased pan and sprinkle remaining herb seasoned stuffing mix on top.

5Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
