Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (8 oz. size) sour cream
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1/2 c. melted oleo
  • 1 (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing mix

Directions

    Cook squash and onion.

    Add salt and pepper; drain and add oleo and 1/2 of stuffing mix.

    Mix well.

    Add other ingredients. Put squash mixture into greased pan and sprinkle remaining herb seasoned stuffing mix on top.

    Bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
