  • 2 lb. yellow squash
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing *
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 bell pepper, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook squash, onion and bell pepper.

    Drain.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Dot with butter and bake in casserole dish 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

    Before serving, top with grated cheese.
