- 2 lb. yellow squash
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing *
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 bell pepper, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook squash, onion and bell pepper.

2Drain.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Dot with butter and bake in casserole dish 25 to 30 minutes at 350°.

5Before serving, top with grated cheese.
