- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 sliced carrots
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Directions

1Cook squash, onions and carrots in salted water.

2Cover until tender.

3Drain well.

4Add soup and sour cream.

5Melt butter and stir in dressing mix.

6Spread half of dressing mix in greased dish.

7Pour in squash mixture.

8Cover with remaining dressing mix. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
