  • 3 lb. yellow squash
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing

Directions

    Cook squash, onions and carrots in salted water.

    Cover until tender.

    Drain well.

    Add soup and sour cream.

    Melt butter and stir in dressing mix.

    Spread half of dressing mix in greased dish.

    Pour in squash mixture.

    Cover with remaining dressing mix. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
