- 3 lb. yellow squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Boil squash until tender.

2Drain and mash squash.

3Add all remaining ingredients except 1/2 of the butter.

4Pour into baking dish.

5Pour remaining butter over top.

6Sprinkle with additional cracker crumbs.

7Bake at 375° for 30 to 45 minutes.
