Ingredients
- 2 lb. cooked yellow squash (salt and pepper to taste)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 diced onion
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 carrot, finely grated
- 1 carton sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash seasoned with salt and pepper.

2Add other ingredients (can be put in blender) except herb dressing.

3Melt butter and mix with dressing.

4Add half of dressing-butter mixture to other ingredients.

5Mix well.

6Pour into casserole dish and cover top with remaining dressing.

7Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
