Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cooked yellow squash (salt and pepper to taste)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 diced onion
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 carrot, finely grated
  • 1 carton sour cream

Directions

    Cook squash seasoned with salt and pepper.

    Add other ingredients (can be put in blender) except herb dressing.

    Melt butter and mix with dressing.
  4. 4
    Add half of dressing-butter mixture to other ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Pour into casserole dish and cover top with remaining dressing.

    Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
