- 1 pkg. jalapeno cornbread mix
- 3 lb. squash, sliced (4 to 6)
- 4 tsp. oleo
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. grated Velveeta
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook squash until tender.

2Saute onion in oleo.

3Mix everything together.

4Add squash last.

5Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

6Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes.
