- 4 c. sliced squash
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 stick butter
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 c. buttered cracker or Ritz crumbs
- 2 cans mushroom soup
Directions

1Cook squash and onion until tender, then mix with soup, butter and eggs.

2Put in greased casserole dish.

3Top with cracker crumbs.

4Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
