- 5 to 6 yellow squash
- 1 onion
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
Directions

1Wash, slice and cook yellow squash and onion. Drain.

2Combine squash, onion, sour cream, soup and Cheddar cheese.

3Pour in casserole dish.

4Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.

5Sprinkle on top of squash mixture and bake at 350° until it bubbles.
