Squash Casserole

  • 5 to 6 yellow squash
  • 1 onion
  • 1 small sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing

Directions

    Wash, slice and cook yellow squash and onion. Drain.

    Combine squash, onion, sour cream, soup and Cheddar cheese.

    Pour in casserole dish.

    Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle on top of squash mixture and bake at 350° until it bubbles.
