- 2 c. cooked summer squash
- 3/4 stick margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
Directions

1Mash cooked squash. (Drain squash well after cooking until tender.)

2Add other ingredients and mix well.

3Pour into a greased 1-quart casserole and bake at 375° about 40 minutes.
